Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 july 2022, are required by the executor of the estate, david george simpson to send the particulars of their claims to the executor of the estate of marie-louise simpson, c/- norton rose fulbright, level 30, [contact details redacted] 6000 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
