This order, the Mental Health (Authorisation of Public Hospitals) Amendment Order 2026, amends the Mental Health (Authorisation of Public Hospitals) Order 2022. It specifically amends Schedule 1, item 7, to include Fremantle Hospital and its Adult Mental Health Unit areas as authorised parts of the hospital, as detailed in several plans dated 30 November 2015 and 17 February 2025.
