This order designates The Honourable Matthew Swinbourn MLC, the Minister for the Environment; Climate Resilience; Community Services; Homelessness, as the Minister of the State for the purposes of the Supreme Court Act 1935 section 154(3) and (4) during the period beginning on 24 September 2026 and ending on 27 September 2026.
