Notice made by the Minister under regulation 13(1) of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Industry Funding Scheme (Grains) Regulations 2010 on the recommendation of the Industry Management Committee. Declares the scheme to operate in agricultural areas of the State, excluding the Kimberley and pastoral areas. Sets contribution rates for grain, seed ($0.25/tonne) and hay ($0.125/tonne) for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018. Estimated proportion of contributions to fund payments relating to Three-horned Bedstraw (10%) and Skeleton weed (90%).
