Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Marjorie Nora Marti of St George’s Home, Essex Street, Bayswater, Western Australia, deceased 2 January 2019, are required to send particulars of their claims to Ivan Roland Walton, executor, c/- Avery & Ashoorian Lawyers, [contact details redacted] 29 March 2019, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
