Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Marjorie Nora Marti of St George’s Home, Essex Street, Bayswater, Western Australia, deceased 2 January 2019, are required to send particulars of their claims to Ivan Roland Walton, executor, c/- Avery & Ashoorian Lawyers, PO Box 3144, Myaree WA 6154 by 29 March 2019, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
