Order made under the Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 section 9(1)(a) by the Governor in Executive Council to constitute the Nilgen Water Reserve and define its boundaries by reference to coordinates annexed to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plan DWERT1111.
