Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 6 october 2021 are required by the trustee of the estate to send particulars of their claim to them at c/- birman & ride of level 3, 16 irwin street, perth wa 6000, by the date one month from the publication date after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
