Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate being john shakespeare woodley, care of angus tibbits solicitors, suite 10, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by 25 may 2018, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
