Richard Saunders, late of [contact details redacted] 22 January 2017. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, are required by Dawn Louise Saunders who has been granted letters of administration on intestacy of the deceased’s estate, to send particulars of their claims to her at [contact details redacted] 6076 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
