Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Pamela Georgina Matyear, deceased, are required by the Trustee, Australian Executor Trustees Limited, to send particulars of their claim by 4 September 2026, after which date the Trustee may distribute assets having regard only to claims of which it then has notice.
