Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 29 January 2026 are required by the Trustee Australian Executor Trustees Limited ACN 0[contact details redacted] of Level 1, [contact details redacted] 3000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 4 September 2026 after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
