The Shire of Merredin declares the house at Lot 88 (Street Number 38) Gamenya Avenue, Merredin unfit for human habitation and requires demolition by February 10, 2018. The owner must clear the allotment of all materials and rubbish stemming from the demolition, which shall be removed to the licensed landfill of the Shire of Merredin. Failure to comply may result in the Shire carrying out the terms of this Notice and recovering all expenses incurred.
