It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of merredin local planning scheme amendment on 14 december 2020 for the purpose of— 1. reclassifying the south-west portion of lot 301 on deposited plan 64537, volume 2741 folio 719 from ‘general farming’ zone to ‘light industry’ zone on the scheme map; and 2. reclassifying the portion of adamson rd fronting lots 301 and 525 from local scheme reserve “parks and recreation’, ‘light industry’ zone and ‘general farming’ zone to ‘no zone’.
