Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 september 2016, are required by the applicant for letters of administration, rosaria la grassa to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of this notice care of d’angelo legal, [contact details redacted] applicants may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
