Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 january 2017, are required by the administrators australian unity trustees ltd care of [contact details redacted] month of today’s date to them, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
