It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 57 of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011, that the Minister for Planning approved an amendment to the City of Subiaco Local Planning Scheme No. 5 for the purpose of introducing an additional provision, clause 85C, under Schedule 1—Supplemental Provisions to the Deemed Provisions.
