Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 october 2019, are required by the executor of the deceased, ashley nicholas vermeer of 30 molonglo crescent, baldivis wa 6171, to send particulars of their claims to him at the address stated above within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
