Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Margaret Elizabeth Schofield, late of Castledare Retirement Village, 108 Fern Road, Wilson, Western Australia, who died on 29 September 2019, are required by the executors, Pamela Wendy Schofield and Robyn Elizabeth Schofield, to send to solicitors for the trustees, Templar Legal Pty Ltd, po box 8243, Subiaco wa 6008, particulars of such claims within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice. After such date, the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
