Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Margaret Elizabeth Schofield, late of Castledare Retirement Village, [contact details redacted] 29 September 2019, are required by the executors, Pamela Wendy Schofield and Robyn Elizabeth Schofield, to send to solicitors for the trustees, Templar Legal Pty Ltd, [contact details redacted] 30 days of the date of publication of this notice. After such date, the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
