Notice to owners/occupiers of land in the City of Armadale to carry out fire prevention works by November 30, 2024, and maintain them until March 31, 2025, as per Section 33(1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Details requirements for land greater than/less than 5000m2, fuel depots, and hazard reduction. Failure to comply can result in a penalty of up to $5000.
