It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Armadale Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 16 March 2026 for the purpose of adopting, without modification, Amendment No. 128 to Town Planning Scheme No. 4 to insert the land uses ‘hosted short-term rental accommodation’ and ‘unhosted short-term rental accommodation’ into the Zoning Table of Part 3 Zones and the Use of Land with the following levels of permissibility and delete the land use definition for Bed and Breakfast from Schedule 1 (2) Land Use Definitions and the Zoning Table.
