Made under the dangerous sexual offenders legislation amendment act 2017 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the dangerous sexual offenders legislation amendment act 2017 commencement proclamation 2018. The dangerous sexual offenders legislation amendment act 2017, other than part 1, comes into operation on 29 march 2018.
