In the matter of the estate of sylvia yvonne vandenberg late of unit 25 myvista village, 11 nugent street, balcatta in western australia, control operator, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 december 2021, are required by the executors of care of fort knox legal, p.o. box 390, west perth, wa 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to fort knox legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
