It is hereby notified that the following persons are appointed as Shire of Merredin Bush Fire Control Officers under the Bush Fires Act 1954, Part IV Division 1 Section 38. The Shire of Merredin appoints the following Bush Fire Control Officers as Dual Fire Control Officers pursuant to Part IV Division 1 Section 40 of the Bush Fires Act 1954. All previous appointments are cancelled.
