Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 july 2022, are required by the administrators, catherine kneale and australian unity trustees limited of ground floor, 1110 hay street, west perth, western australia to send particulars of their claims within one month of today's date to them, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
