I, heather brayford, deputy director general sustainability and biosecurity as delegate for the chief executive officer of the department of primary industries and regional development western australia, pursuant to clause 11(3a) of the abalone management plan 1992, hereby make a revised determination in regard to the maximum quantity of abalone that may be taken from the relevant area of the abalone managed fishery during the licensing period commencing on 1 april 2022, as set out below— area 7 24,000 kilograms of roe’s abalone (whole weight)
