I, Heather Brayford, Deputy Director General Sustainability and Biosecurity as delegate for the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development Western Australia, pursuant to clause 18 of the Abalone Management Plan 1992, hereby nominate the persons listed below as approved fish processors in respect of abalone. This Notice also revokes the previous Notice of Approved Fish Processors of 10 June 2015.
