Made under the Bush Fires Amendment Act 2016 section 2(b) by the deputy of the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Bush Fires Amendment Act 2016 commencement proclamation 2017. The Bush Fires Amendment Act 2016, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
