This proclamation is the licensing provisions amendment act 2016 commencement proclamation (no. 2) 2017. The licensing provisions amendment act 2016 parts 4, 7 and 8 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.

Brings parts 5 and 9 of the Licensing Provisions Amendment Act 2016 into operation the day after gazettal.
Designates The Honourable Matthew Swinbourn MLC as the Minister for the purposes of the Supreme Court Act 1935 section 154(3) and (4) from September 24, 2026, to September 27, 2026.
Approves the temporary appointment of Hon S. N. Dawson MLC as Minister for Police, Emergency Services, and Great Southern from September 24 to September 28, 2026.
