Notice is hereby given that the Hon Reece Whitby MLA, Minister for Environment, has approved an amendment to the Murujuga National Park Management Plan 2013. The amendment was prepared in accordance with Part V of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984. The amendment will better-facilitate visitor opportunities, public access, and current recreation priorities for Murujuga National Park, and reflect changes to the planning area. No modifications were made to the amendment under section 60(2) of the Act. The amendment and summary of public submissions may be inspected or obtained from the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions' website at: https://www.dbca.wa.gov.au. The amendment comes into operation with this Government Gazette notice.
