I, Amber-Jade Sanderson, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia hereby give notice of the commencement of amending rules contained in Schedule 7 of the Electricity System and Market Amendment (Tranche 8) Rules 2025. The amending rules set out in Schedule 7 of the Electricity System and Market Amendment (Tranche 8) Rules 2025 are to commence at 8:00 am (wst) on 26 february 2026.
