I, Amber-Jade Sanderson, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia hereby give notice of the commencement of the amending rules contained in Schedule 4 of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Miscellaneous Amendments No 3) Rules 2024. The amending rules set out in Schedule 4 of the Wholesale Electricity Market Amendment (Miscellaneous Amendments No 3) Rules 2024 are to commence at 8:00 am (wst) on 26 february 2026.
