The fes commissioner is the prescribed hazard management agency for emergency management for cyclone. I, craig waters, deputy commissioner operations of the department of fire and emergency services, do hereby declare an emergency in respect of the tropical cyclone damien. The area of the state to which the emergency declaration applies is— city of karratha and shire of ashburton.
