Bush fires (restricted burning times) amendment notice (no. 3) 2026 made by the fes commissioner of the department of fire and emergency services under section 18(2) of the bush fires act 1954. Amends schedule 1 by deleting the restricted burning times of the shire of bridgetown-greenbushes and inserting 15 october—15 may instead.
