It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Local Government and Territories approved the Shire of Christmas Island Local Planning Scheme amendment on 27 February 2017 for the purpose of amending clause 1.4 to read as follows.
