It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government approved the Shire of Christmas Island Local Planning Scheme amendment on 1 May 2018 for the purpose of amending Schedule 2 of the Scheme Text to include additional uses and amend Scheme Map 3.
