Reserve 42036, being lots 3075 and 3076 on deposited plan 217957 and lot 4257 on deposited plan 219341, and the buildings and enclosures on it, are declared to be a prison, called the wandoo rehabilitation prison, within the meaning and for the purposes of the act. The prisons (wandoo) order 2012 is revoked.
