Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 november 2019, are required by the executors to send particulars of their claims to formbys, the solicitors for the executors, at po box 369, south perth, wa 6951 by thursday, 28 may 2020, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate of the late geraldine may harkness, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
