Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said deceased, who died on 10 november 2019, are required by the personal representative, julie lynn gartrell c/- carlo primerano & associates, barristers and solicitors, suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to her by 28 may 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
