This declaration, made under section 11 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, declares specific organisms as permitted. The organisms include Acacia mountfordiae Specht, Begonia wyepingiana Kiew Hericium, Brachychiton velutinosus Kosterm., and Theobroma grandiflorum (Willd. Ex Spreng.) Schum. All previous declarations under the Act relating to these organisms are revoked.
