Authorises the publication of the Western Australian Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme submitted by the Professional Standards Council of Western Australia. The scheme will commence in accordance with section 27 of the Act. The scheme applies to members based in and practice as independent barristers in Western Australia. The monetary ceiling is $2 million.
