I, Dr Tony Buti MLA, Attorney General, authorise the publication of The Western Australian Bar Association Professional Standards Scheme submitted by the Professional Standards Council of Western Australia. The Scheme is published with this authorisation and commences on 1 July 2025. The Scheme remains in force for 5 years from its commencement unless revoked, extended, or its operation ceases as specified in the Act.
