Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late Emily Claire Murphy aka Emily Clair O’Brien, late of 77b Zenobia Street, Palmyra in the State of Western Australia, Environmental Advisor, who died on 19 February 2025, are required by the administrator of the estate namely Ryan James Murphy, c/- Horizon Legal Suite 19, 135 Riseley Street Booragoon in the State of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to the administrator within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
