I, John Carey MLA, Minister for Planning and Lands, in accordance with section 265 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, hereby revoke the Instrument of Delegation ‘Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011’ published in the Government Gazette on 6 July 2012; and delegate my functions as set out in column 1 of Schedule 1 to the persons for the time being holding or acting in the office in the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage or its successor in title, as specified in column 2 of Schedule 1.
