Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of the late Kevin James Atkin-Smith late of [contact details redacted] on 10 October 2018, is required by the Administrators, Lauren Jean Atkin-Smith and Haidelyn Obay Labis, to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Administrators, Estate of the late Kevin James Atkin-Smith care of Leach Legal, Level 15, [contact details redacted] 6000 within one month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the Administrators may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Administrators then has notice.
