Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late Roko Milan Jokovich, late of [contact details redacted] 3 August 2020, are required by the executor, Eddy Gerald Jokovich, to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executor, estate of the late Roko Milan Jokovich care of Leach Legal, Level 15, [contact details redacted] 6000 within one month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then have notice.
