Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Inger Kirsten Bertheussen, who died on 24 January 2025, are required by the executor, Thomas Brian Lawrence, to send particulars of their claim to Capital Legal of Level 2, [contact details redacted] 6153 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
