Action is required by all property owners to comply with this notice. Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 (as amended) all land owners/occupiers within the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale are hereby required to maintain the land as required by this notice or as approved in writing by council or its authorised officer.
