Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 may 2021, are required by the executor, cecil grant bartle of [contact details redacted] 6390, to send particulars of their claims to him within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
