Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 august 2019, are required by the trustee, paul angus collin, c/- m6:8 legal, unit 3, [contact details redacted] to [contact details redacted] or by telephone on [contact details redacted], to send particulars of their claims to him within one month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
