I declare that the scheme will operate across the whole of Western Australia, and the rate at which contributions are to be paid under regulation 14 for the period beginning on 1 July 2024 and ending on 30 June 2025 is $0.17 per head or per carcass comprised in a chargeable sale. The contributions raised are likely to be applied to fund payments relating to virulent footrot (93%) and dog, wild or feral (7%).
